LYNNFIELD

Motor Vehicle Accidents

A report of a two-car motor vehicle accident near Hawkes Pond at 9:46 a.m. Monday at Walnut Street.

Walk in party reported at 7:54 a.m. Thursday that a DoorDash driver smashed his fence and then drove away. 

Officers Wanted

A report of a motor vehicle accident that occurred the day before at 12:55 p.m. Friday at the intersection of Walnut Street and Salem Street.

Caller reported that a manager stated that a Whole Foods customer told her that she believes her wallet was stolen out of her back pocket in the dairy aisle around 15 minutes prior to the call at 1:59 p.m. Saturday at 100 Market St. A follow up report the next day said that the party noticed three $500 purchases from Lululemon on her bank statement.

Caller reported at 10:35 a.m. Monday that her credit card was stolen and stated that the card was charged thousands of dollars at the Apple Store at MarketStreet.

A report of dogs getting attacked by another dog at 5:59 p.m. Thursday at Candlewood Road.

Motor Vehicle Crash

A report of a motor vehicle crash at 9:35 p.m. Sunday in the vicinity of Highland Terrace. Report taken.

PEABODY

Arrests

Charles Copponi Jr., 51, will be taken into custody for Class B drug possession at 11:31 p.m. Thursday at Newbury St. 

Casey Kinney, 38, of Westford is in custody for Class A drug possession at 9:33 a.m. Friday at Jubilee Drive, and for having an uninsured and unregistered motor vehicle. 

Jay Ganz, 54, of Salem was arrested at 7:04 p.m. Friday at Foster Street for operating under the influence of liquor as a second offense. 

Summons

Jose Rosa, 45, will be summonsed for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration.

Animal Complaint

Party reported at 9:07 a.m. Thursday that her neighbor allows her dog to roam the streets off leash, and stated that the dog went after her son last year. A citation warning will be mailed for the loose and unlicensed dog. 

Disturbance

Employee reported that a large group of teens caused a disturbance in the restaurant, refusing to leave at 6:54 p.m. Friday at Main Street.

Motor Vehicle Accident

Caller reported that male party on an electric bike ran into her car at 2:27 p.m. Thursday at Andover Street.

Neighbor Dispute

Caller reported that a neighbor is swearing at her landscapers and preventing them from leaving at 2 p.m. Thursday at Lowell Street. 

Suspicious Activity

Caller reported that someone was looking into his daughter’s window at 10:52 p.m. Thursday on Market Street.

SWAMPSCOTT

Motor Vehicles

A report of a motor vehicle stop at 2:49 a.m. Sunday on the corner of Paradise Road and Parson Drive; at 10:37 a.m. on 200 Essex St.; at 11:25 a.m. on the corner of Atlantic Avenue and Humphrey Street; at 1:35 p.m. on 28 Atlantic Ave. Citations issued.

Suspicious Activity

A report of suspicious activity at 6:23 p.m. Sunday pn 7 Commonwealth Terrace. Caller reports a gray SUV parked across from his home has not moved in several days. Attempts to contact the registered owner yielded negative results. Services rendered.
