LYNN

Melinda Burroughs was arrested on warrant charges of breaking and entering and breaking into a depository at 3:12 p.m. Sunday.

Owen Civil, 25, of Liberty Place in Randolph, was arrested on warrant charges of an uninsured motor vehicle/trailer, not in possession of license, and not in possession of registration at 3:02 a.m. Monday.

Geraldo Garcia, 41, of Salem Street in Salem, was arrested on charges of breaking and entering a vehicle/boat and possession of Class A drug at 5:12 a.m. Monday.

Amy Gould was arrested on the charge of breaking and entering a vehicle/boat at 4:53 a.m. Monday.

Gerard Greystoker De Gonzalez, 64, of Alley Street, was arrested on the warrant charge of municipal by-law or ordinance at 1:34 p.m. Sunday.

Liza Legendre, 46, was arrested on the charge of breaking and entering a vehicle/boat at 4:44 a.m. Monday.

Fernando Martinez, 43, was arrested on the charges of breaking and entering, destruction of property, assault and battery, and trespassing at 5:29 p.m. Sunday.

Hugue Ndahiro, 28, of Sixth Avenue in Haverhill, was arrested on warrant charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration and a marked lanes violation at 12:43 a.m. Monday.

Alberto Suarez, 37, of Nahant Street, was arrested on the charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, false identification information, fourth offense of operating under the influence of alcohol, and motor vehicle lights violation at 11:34 p.m. Sunday.

A report of a hit and run motor vehicle accident at 8:50 a.m. Sunday on Ontario Street; at 6:20 p.m. Sunday at Popeyes on Boston Street.

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 1 a.m. Sunday on Dana Street; at 2:20 p.m. Sunday at Market Basket on Federal Street; at 4:24 p.m. Sunday on Waitt Avenue; at 6:27 p.m. Sunday at Market Basket on Federal Street; at 9:32 p.m. Sunday on Western Avenue; at 12:53 a.m. Monday at Speedway Gas Station on Liberty Street; at 7:35 a.m. Monday at Nina’s Market on Essex Street; at 7:47 a.m. Monday on Cedar Brook Road and Den Quarry Way.

A report of a fight at 4:59 p.m. Sunday on Whiting Street.

Missing People

A report of a missing person at 2:26 p.m. Sunday on Johnson Street; at 3:24 p.m. Sunday on Breed Street.

Thefts

A report of motor vehicle theft at 12:29 p.m. Sunday on Mudge Street.

A report of shoplifting at 5:43 p.m. Sunday on Joyce Street.

Trespassing

A report of trespassing at 1:20 a.m. Sunday on Willow Street.

Vandalism

A report of vandalism at 7:58 a.m. Sunday on Essex Street.

A report of motor vehicle vandalism at 5:33 p.m. Sunday on Memorial Park Avenue.

LYNNFIELD
Summons

A report of a suspicious male on caller’s property and threw a rock at his window, then fled at 11:13 a.m. Sunday at Bay State Road. Justin Pean Mikhyle, 26, of West Palm Beach, Fla. will be summonsed for malicious destruction of property. 

Officers Wanted

A report of someone fishing on a motorized boat at Suntaug Lake at 6:46 a.m. Saturday. Party left the area however he was not in agreement with an officer about posted signs and stated that he has been fishing there for a long time. 

Female party reported that her son’s roommate entered her house without permission by entering the door code and stole all tax documents at 11:37 a.m. Monday at Wildewood Road. 

Caller reported at 2:53 p.m. Thursday that his daughter is receiving spam phone calls from U.S. Marshalls asking her to meet them. Officers advised caller that this is a common scam.

Well-being Check

Caller reported that her elderly parents may be getting scammed/hacked and stated that her parents told her that the FBI is involved at 2:29 p.m. Monday at Lee Road.

PEABODY

Arrest

Todd Kain V, 34, will be in custody for a warrant, and summonsed for assault and battery.

Summons

Laurie Kain, 59, will be summonsed for assault and battery. 

Area Check

Caller reported that two juveniles on a moped are throwing water balloons at cars at 5:02 p.m. Saturday at Essex Center Drive. 

Animal Complaint

Caller reported at 9:36 p.m. Saturday at Bartholomew St. that she came home to find that her dog, a Dalmatian/Border Collie mix wearing a blue dog collar with dogs on it with no tags, had gotten out. Dog was not able to be located. 

DPW Callout

A report at 4:22 p.m. Saturday about a pavement around the railroad track by Capones appearing to be washed away and the track is severed, bouncing up causing a large pothole to open up. DPW was notified and was on the scene and temporarily filled up the hole, and will return to hot top it. 

Motor Vehicle Complaint

Callers reported and complained of motorcycles racing around the neighborhood at Hardy Street, at 4:42 p.m. Saturday.
