Tadeu Silva Amorim, 28, was arrested at 11:39 a.m. Monday on Central Street for an issued warrant and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Angel Luis Familia, 19, of Lynn, was summonsed for the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. 

Ezequiel Marques da Silva, 42, will be summonsed for having an uninsured motor vehicle, attaching plates, and for having an unregistered motor vehicle. 

Kelvin Garcia, 31, of Lynn, will be summonsed for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and malicious destruction of property.

Jeffrey Knikker, 52, of Lynn, will be summonsed for assault and battery on a family member. 

Anthony Thomas Pitterson, 18, will be summonsed for operating a motor vehicle while license is suspended. 

Jorge Luis Bautista Rodriguez, 23, of Lynn, will be summonsed for the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Weapon Confiscated

A report of a weapon confiscated at 10:38 a.m. Friday. An employee at Holiday Inn Express reported locating what he believed to be a machine gun in the room. Dispatched officers reported locating a BB rifle, and it was brought to the station for destruction.
