Juventus have reportedly moved ahead of Liverpool in the race to sign Atalanta midfielder Teun Koopmeiners this summer.
The Dutchman has already confirmed his desire to leave Atalanta at the end of the season. He is more than willing to move to another league.
However, it appears the Bianconeri are the front-runners to land his signature, having been monitoring his progress throughout the season.
Koopmeiners has had a fantastic campaign with 12 goals and four assists. He has the ability to play in any midfield position for his team.
His versatile qualities have impressed the Bianconeri, who look set to lose Adrien Rabiot on a free transfer at the end of the campaign.
Atalanta currently value Koopmeiners in the region of €60m, but the Bianconeri are optimistic of driving down the final price.
The Turin giants could also propose to land his signature on loan with an obligation to buy after certain conditions are met next term.
